We did it!

We did it! We won the runoff election on Dec. 12, 2020! All glory to God. Thanks to your support, votes, volunteer hours, campaign contributions, and prayers, I will have the privilege of representing district 4 on the Alamo Colleges Board. I want to send a special shout-out to my daughter Amanda and son Jared for their encouragement; to my campaign manager Dr. Laura Barberena for her tenacity and strategic vision; and to the San Antonio AFL-CIO Central Labor Council for its endorsement and grassroots outreach. It took a village to win this race with 78 percent of the vote. I look forward to hitting the ground running to serve our students. Thank you for putting your trust in me.
